Mission Statement: Leal Elementary School of Technology and Engineering ensures a rigorous academic environment through the collaboration and unity of all stakeholders ensuring honest, productive, and ethical life-long learners.

Vision Statement: Leal Elementary School of Technology and Engineering will provide every student with equitable learning opportunities and experiences. With fidelity, we will continue to implement Capturing Kid’s Hearts and Project RESSPECT to equip students to be responsible, creative, and ethical members of our community.
